The increase from 2010 to 2011 of 2.1% in the total number of calls answered is primarily due to the increase in the number of calls answered by the Altinn User Service, 12,984 calls (up 11.0% on 2010). At the same time, the average waiting time for those calling Altinn User Service was reduced by 4.7% (2.5 seconds), and the average call duration increased by 9.0% (18.1 seconds). In 2011, the information service had an average waiting time of 50.5 seconds, which is an increase of 10.8 seconds compared with 2010. The average waiting time on the Narvik Business Hotline was 14.3 seconds in 2011, i.e. 2.3 seconds longer than the 2010 average.
