Success for new lookup service in Altinn
Six months after the launch of the Brønnøysund Register Centre's new lookup service 'Products and services', 52% of products are ordered through this service. The service is a lookup service on the new Altinn II platform and the Department of Distribution at the Brønnøysund Register Centre concludes that it is a big success:
'Products and services from the Brønnøysund Register Centre in Altinn is now our biggest and most important channel for delivering certificates and copies. We also notice a marked decrease in the number of phone orders for the same products,' says Anne Marthe Hesjadalen, Director of the Department of Distribution.
The service is available to businesses' general manager, chair of the board, members of the board, accountant and auditor if they have registered roles in the entity. The service is now also available to private individuals.
This is a self-service solution for both entities/enterprises and for private individuals, and the service can be delegated. Copies of the various products are generated, which can be forwarded to other parties by e-mail. The available products are: copies of certificates of registration, copies of mortgage certificates, register transcripts, confirmation from the Brønnøysund Register Centre's Register of Bankruptcies, role overviews and annual accounts.
'With version II of Altinn, we can offer these products and services easily, quickly and free of charge. This service is a step in the right direction towards reaching the authorities' goal of simplification and coordination by means of electronic solutions,' says Anne Marthe Hesjadalen.
